Trial Attorney – Personal Injury (Atlanta, GA – Remote)
Base pay range: $120,000–$200,000 per year.
Atlanta's fastest growing Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation firm seeks a Trial Attorney to represent clients in litigation and depositions.
Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions, arguing oral and written pleadings.
- Develop expert disclosures and reports in complex personal injury matters.
- Handle nursing home cases and medical malpractice claims with a focus on strategy and creative problem‑solving.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with a network of experts, attorneys, and resources.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
- GA Bar admission.
- 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury, auto accident, or workers' compensation litigation.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and experience defending complex matters.
