School-Based Counseling (LCSW) - NYC Public & Private Schools (All Boroughs)
Position Overview: EverSource Staffing is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) on behalf of a partner organization to provide in-person counseling services in public and private schools across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. These flexible roles are a great fit for both experienced LCSWs and new licensees. A new platform reduces paperwork time by 5+ hours per week, making your workday more focused and productive.
Compensation: $65-$72 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)

Responsibilities:
- Provide IEP-mandated counseling services in-person at schools
- Maintain clear, timely documentation using the provided platform
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams
- Attend meetings and school-based conferences as needed
- Follow all DOE and NYS counseling guidelines
Requirements:
- NYS LCSW license (required)
- No LSMWs or other license types accepted
- Experience with school-aged youth preferred
- Must be available for in-person work in NYC schools
