Position Summary

Client Relationship Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs), Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs), and teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions, they build trusted relationships and assist clients with everyday needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
  • Execute money movement transactions at client or FA/PWA request.
  • Answer general non‑investment questions concerning client accounts (e.g., stock positions, account balances, margin debit).
  • Enter profile information or pre‑fill account documentation.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
  • Assist with research on investment portfolio holdings, performance reporting, and related materials for client meetings.
  • Data entry for client needs such as new account opening and financial planning.
  • Support FAs/PWAs/teams' marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance).
  • Assist in delivering against business plans and client service models.
  • Maintain current knowledge of policies, procedures, and platforms.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, training, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.

Administrative Support

  • Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound scheduling calls.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare materials.
  • Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement.
  • Provide general in‑office support (copying, filing, scanning).

Job Description

  • Preparing and submitting expense reports for processing.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency (College degree preferred).
  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Knowledge and Skills

  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client‑service skills.
  • Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, results‑driven.
