About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure ) and a strong background in both frontend and backend architecture. This role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into well‑architected, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end solution architecture across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to design modern, cloud‑native applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and architecture blueprints.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud and on‑premises technologies to meet solution objectives.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability through sound design principles and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Review design and code to ensure alignment with architectural principles and standards.
• Drive innovation through proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and architecture modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Senior Software Engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend software stacks, cloud‑native and on‑premises infrastructure, and networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience in delivering digital capabilities that power consumer‑facing web and mobile products.
• Hands‑on expertise in Azure (preferred) or equivalent cloud platforms (AWS / GCP ).
• Deep technical knowledge and experience with:
• Experience with both Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong background in one or more of the following: Solution Design / Architecture , Application Design , Database Architecture , Networking , Storage , and IT Security .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in architecting enterprise‑grade, cloud‑based systems for high‑traffic, customer‑facing applications.
• Knowledge of microservices, event‑driven architectures, and API‑first design principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance technical depth with business context.
