The Role
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our innovative platform. You will work closely with the Full‑Stack Engineering Lead and a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of our web and mobile applications. While your focus spans the full stack, experience with React Native is highly valued and provides an opportunity to contribute to our cross‑platform mobile initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional and performant web applications.
- Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code.
- Work closely with back‑end engineers to integrate front‑end components with the platform’s back‑end functionalities.
- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting front‑end issues.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in front‑end development frameworks and libraries.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience with back‑end development using Node.js, Python, or similar, and familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with mobile development (React Native is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and motivated to contribute to early‑stage, greenfield products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for building innovative, user‑centric applications.
We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.
Expected salary range in Denver: $160,000 - $180,000 USD
