Position Summary
Langley Federal Credit Union is seeking a forward-thinking, collaborative Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the organization through its next phase of strategic growth as it advances toward becoming a $10 billion credit union . Due to an upcoming retirement, this executive will assume leadership over financial operations, capital management, enterprise risk management, and compliance—ensuring financial strength, scalability, and alignment with Langley’s mission to enhance member value and community impact.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will provide strategic direction, partner across the organization to drive performance and innovation, and serve as a trusted advisor to the President/CEO and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of senior financial leadership within a credit union or banking environment, experience working in an institution with $1B+ in assets, and the ability to connect financial vision with organizational purpose. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
