Senior Vice President, Investor Relations
Location: National - Hybrid
FLSA: Exempt | Date: March 2026
Position Summary
The Senior Vice President, Investor Relations role is a pivotal leadership position at OFN, responsible for enhancing investor engagement, managing strategic relationships, and diversifying revenue streams. With OFN's annual budget at approximately $35 million, the Development & Capitalization (DevCap) team contributes about one-third through grants and sponsorships, and also secures private credit and equity for investments. While current fundraising relies on institutional partners such as banks, corporations, foundations, and the Federal government, this role aims to expand OFN’s funding base by creating new products for emerging market segments. Key near‑term priorities include increasing sponsorship revenue, developing fundraising strategies for new corporate sectors outside banking (such as insurance, technology, and consumer brands), and innovating to grow smaller‑dollar fundraising through channels like donor‑advised funds (DAFs), financial advisors, and retail markets.
