Investor Relations Associate
Our client, a premier private investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across multiple asset classes. In this role you will work on high-impact projects such as due diligence materials, analysing fund performance, and preparing polished communications that influence key decisions. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Pay & Position Details
- Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
- Work model: Hybrid
- Degree: Required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.
- Respond to investor inquiries during fundraising and ongoing engagements.
- Conduct fund, investor, and market‑level analysis.
- Support special projects with research and data insights.
- Maintain consultant and performance databases.
- Assist with recurring reporting and marketing collateral updates.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
