Our client, a leading full‑service California law firm, is actively recruiting for career‑oriented Corporate Finance attorneys in both their San Francisco and Irvine offices. Core Responsibilities
- Structure and execute complex debt financing transactions from inception to closing for both lenders and borrowers.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and other financing documentation.
- Manage UCC Article 9 and real estate secured lending transactions.
- Advise on syndicated credit facilities, asset‑based lending, and acquisition financing.
- Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on M&A‑related financings.
- Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and credit facility amendments.
