Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
Develop and maintain long- and short-term financial forecasts to guide business decisions. Financial Modeling:
Build and refine models to support strategic initiatives and profitability analysis. KPI Analysis:
Monitor and interpret key performance indicators to drive actionable insights. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes for efficiency and accuracy. Budgeting & Reporting:
Prepare operating budgets, capital plans, and streamline global reporting using tools like Tableau. Business Partnering:
Collaborate with leadership teams to influence financial performance and strategic outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
