Position: Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Location: South Bend, IN (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities of the Full Cycle Bookkeeper:
• Manage full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments. • Process bank deposits, apply cash, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly. • Maintain the general ledger, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close. • Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation. • Monitor and maintain vendor and customer account records. • Assist leadership with budgeting, reporting, and special projects as needed. • Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance across all bookkeeping functions.
Preferred Qualifications for the Full Cycle Bookkeeper role:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience. • Strong understanding of AP/AR, GL maintenance, and reconciliations. • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and solid Excel skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines. • Strong communication skills and comfort working onsite with a small accounting team.
Salary:
$49,900 to $55,450 depending on experience
