We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll work directly with leaders and teams across multiple business units to accelerate capability, strengthen culture, and deliver learning experiences that drive measurable results.
This role blends facilitation, consulting, and operational excellence - from leading New Hire Orientation to deploying talent development solutions that scale. You’ll translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today and builds capability for tomorrow.
What You’ll Do
Lead Orientation & Onboarding: Own the end-to-end experience for new employees, from coordination and facilitation to measurement and iteration. Ensure every new hire leaves Day 1 with clarity, connection, and confidence to perform
Design Learning Experiences: Apply frameworks such as ADDIE and 4MAT to build engaging, outcome-based learning experiences. Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
Deliver and Facilitate Development Programs: Lead in-person and online sessions related to leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building. Adapt content and delivery to diverse audiences while maintaining consistency across locations
Measure Impact: Use Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, learning, behavior change, and business impact
Partner Across Business Units: Consult with leaders and HR partners to identify development needs, connect them to available resources, create and deploy programs that improve performance and collaboration
Execute with Precision: Manage logistics, communications, scheduling, and data tracking for assigned programs. Build feedback loops that continuously improve delivery and scale
Collaborate & Evolve: Work closely with People Development, HR, and site leadership to localize programs, share insights, and build a unified talent development ecosystem
What You’ll Bring
Degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR in fast‑paced, high‑change environments
Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs using frameworks such as ADDIE, 4MAT, and Kirkpatrick
Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with ability to engage both frontline employees and senior leaders
Experience owning end-to-end execution, including orientation, logistics, communication, and evaluation
Excellent communication, prioritization, systems thinking, and relationship-building skills
Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and builds clarity through action
