We're actively seeking a talented Sr Software Engineer to join our Corporate Applications team in Newport Beach, CA.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our Corporate Applications team. Your Role As a Sr Software Engineer, you will:

Support, develop, and manage enterprise‑grade applications within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Lead the design and implementation of data integration services, data quality frameworks, and data mapping strategies.

Serve as a technical advisor on data architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust data pipelines and integrations that support mission‑critical business applications.

How You Will Make an Impact

Define and document complex system‑to‑system data integrations and transformation logic.

Lead resolution of high‑priority production issues and mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting best practices.

Drive the development of scalable data integration solutions using API/CSV/JSON/XML sources.

Apply deep domain expertise in regulatory, compliance, and customer data to ensure application reliability, data integrity, and alignment with legal and operational requirements.

Champion emerging data technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Produce high‑quality technical documentation and contribute to architectural decision‑making.

Experience You Will Bring

8+ years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, cloud integration tools, and version control systems.

Proven ability to work independently and guide teams through complex problem‑solving and decision‑making.

Experience facilitating cross‑team collaboration and leading Agile ceremonies.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Project management experience coordinating small‑to‑mid‑sized initiatives across departments.

Expertise in multiple development methodologies including Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall.

Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and fit‑for‑purpose documentation.

Proficiency in .NET and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive stakeholders and influence decision‑making.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.

Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

Proficient in compliance and legal processes, with expertise in implementing and maintaining compliance‑related technologies.

Base Pay Range The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$134,280.00 – $164,120.00
