Job Summary Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with ArcGIS for a Direct-Hire opportunity, located in Dallas, TX 75251 (onsite 5-days per week). The Senior Full-Stack Java Developer will develop, implement, and support enterprise applications within all aspects of software development, including UI, Java, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and bug/issue resolution.
Support Daily Operations – Ensuring Consistent Delivery of High-Quality Software
Cross-Collaboration – Creating, maintaining, and enhancing company products
Perform Unit and Integration Testing – New, existing, and modified code
Collaborate with Project Management – Identify future needs, develop strategy for overall scope, implement features for releases, document requirements and systems
Technical Expertise – Identify, evaluate, and develop effective procedures and system requirements
Ownership & Execution – Drive issues to closure, maximize existing processes, improve efficiencies, set aggressive goals, monitor progress, deliver results, seize opportunities
Customer‑Centric Approach – Understand customer pain‑points, align solutions, anticipate needs, set high service standards
Change Management – Make decisions based on available information, embrace and manage change, champion new initiatives, effectively manage ambiguity
About the Project The Senior Full‑Stack Java Developer with ArcGIS will join a team developing a data‑driven analytics platform focused on the digital infrastructure and real‑estate sector. The platform tracks trends in facility development, power and network availability, site leasing activity, market pricing, and the global presence of large‑scale technology tenants. The developer will build interactive mapping tools and market‑intelligence dashboards that visualize infrastructure trends across global metros, serving customers who rely on geospatial and transactional insights to make high‑stakes decisions around facility deployment and expansion. The role combines Java‑based microservices, VueJS interfaces, and ArcGIS integrations to deliver map‑centric, data‑intensive applications that drive real‑estate decision making in the data‑center space.
Job Requirements
Senior Full-Stack Java Developer – Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, VueJS, SQL
Front‑End UI Development – Java, VueJS; evolving front‑end UI for interactive maps and dashboards
Back‑End APIs / Database Development – MySQL accessed via Spring/Hibernate; integrate ArcGIS for map visualizations, geospatial queries, overlays for fiber, power, vacancy
ArcGIS (strongly preferred) – Build map overlays, geocode data center sites, spatial filtering, dynamic layers on maps
DevOps / QA – Tomcat deployment, Git CI workflows, unit and integration testing, data‑quality test suites
Frameworks / Libraries – Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, microservices
Database / Servers – MySQL, Tomcat, Apache
SCM – Git, GitHub, GitLab
Scrum / Agile Development methodology
Compensation Salary base up to $130,000 with an additional 20% bonus potential. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
