What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of schedulers managing logistics and scheduling for US Supply and Trading operations in Natural Gas.
Oversee daily nominations, storage reconciliation, and balancing agreements, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication of operational impacts.
Optimize team workflows, foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Coach team members, manage vacation and coverage plans, and drive continuous improvement to adapt to changing business needs.
Guide supply chain planning, contract management, and performance optimization across the department.
Lead process reviews and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Manage departmental budgets, ensure contract requirements are met, and support stakeholder engagement through effective collaboration.
Mentor and develop team capabilities, leverage data‑driven insights, and deliver customer‑focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Bring – Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in the natural gas industry, with a focus on logistics, trading, or risk management
3+ years of experience planning and managing resources to deliver business objectives
Proven supervisory experience, including coaching and developing team members
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education
5+ years of direct scheduling experience in the natural gas sector
Experience with key natural gas pipeline systems and ETRM/risk management platforms
Proficiency with logistics and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP SCM, TMS)
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Strong business insight, financial acumen, and a strategic mindset
Experience managing complex contracts and supplier relationships
A track record of fostering innovation, building strong partnerships, and delivering customer‑focused solutions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation Range $198,000 - $242,000 annual base salary
