About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable customer-data and journey orchestration solutions using
Customer Insights – Data
and
Customer Insights – Journeys .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) .
Design and build
data unification pipelines , customer profile stitching, and segmentation models.
Configure CI‑Journeys: customer journeys, triggers, and multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
Create and maintain custom workflows, plug‑ins, and automations using
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) .
Integrate CI‑Data with CRM, ERP, and external systems using APIs, connectors, and data pipelines.
Define customer segments based on unified profiles; build and maintain job‑ready segments in CI.
Analyse segment behaviour, customer insights, and journey metrics to inform business decisions.
Provide actionable recommendations to marketing/business teams for personalization and journey optimization.
Design and map customer journeys aligned with business lifecycle stages.
Implement automation logic (branching, wait conditions, personalization) in CI‑Journeys.
Monitor journey performance, apply A/B testing, and optimize triggers & content flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
or similar customer‑data solutions.
Strong hands‑on experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data & Journeys .
Deep understanding of
data unification, customer profile modeling, segmentation, and journey orchestration .
Proficiency in integrating data with Customer Insights (APIs, connectors, Azure data services).
Experience with
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) , workflows, plug‑ins, and automation.
Strong SQL and data‑engineering experience; familiarity with
Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse)
preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate with marketing/business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
