Program Director – San Antonio, TX
CoCREATE Solutions is partnering with CLEAResult and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Director in San Antonio, TX! This role directs all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. As the leader that embodies and reflects the community of San Antonio, you will work with all program stakeholders including our utility client, area contractors, and customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision delivering the service that differentiates CLEAResult and our energy efficiency and demand response programs.
Exploit your bias toward client satisfaction willingly through expert active listening and follow-through skills.
Manage a ~$11M residential and commercial portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs.
Be the expert and primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, performance, and any other performance indicators.
Lead, develop, and grow a team of 25+ by applying proper performance management, goal planning, talent management reviews, succession planning, and career development.
Expertly contribute to or lead the creation, review, and execution of contracts.
Responsibly manage risk (identification, management, and resolution) for your entire portfolio of programs & projects.
Qualifications
Over 8 years of progressive people management experience with a track record of positive career growth from past team members.
Local to San Antonio (preferred) to support strong relationships with utility partners, contractors, and the communities we serve.
Energy Efficiency experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who can show demonstrated success in metrics-driven, high-performance, client-facing environments will be considered.
Proficient experience in creating, articulating, and delivering financial modeling/analysis, forecasting, and budgeting success.
