Clinic Director
will be central to our mission of reshaping the landscape of mental health. You will apply your expertise to the operation of a community‑rooted outpatient clinic, leading a culture that prioritizes psychological safety, growth, support, and clinical excellence. As a visionary leader, you will guide and develop a team of master's‑trained, licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff who collaboratively work toward delivering high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists, front‑office staff, and interventional personnel.
Lead clinic decision‑making, supervise both clinical and administrative operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage clinic productivity and performance using data‑driven strategies.
Uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support front‑office/customer service teams and oversee staff onboarding.
Collaborate to improve the work environment, reduce clinician burnout, and conduct performance reviews.
Manage a therapy caseload of 8–10 clients weekly, if applicable.
Coordinate day‑to‑day management of psychiatric professionals in partnership with clinic management.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
An independent clinical license, if applicable.
Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
Management experience with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical records, medical terminology, and pharmacology.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.
