Logistics & Service Venue Supervisor - FIFA World Cup 26™
As a Logistics & Services Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC26) operations, ensuring that every delivery, movement, and setup runs seamlessly at your assigned match venue. From coordinating stock flow to overseeing essential On Location services, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes works flawlessly, so the guest experience shines on the world stage.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) by helping coordinate deliveries, stock movement, and vendor access within the stadium.
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing product‑specific gifting items and other inventory within the venue.
Help move requested stock from storage to designated areas, working closely with Guest Experience and other Functional Areas.
Maintain basic inventory records, ensuring items are clearly labeled, stored safely, and easy to locate.
Help monitor the flow of goods throughout the stadium and report any issues to supervisors or managers.
Provide simple, timely updates to Functional Areas about stock availability or delivery timing.
Work with sustainability, waste management, and housekeeping teams to ensure materials are handled and disposed of correctly.
Assist with tracking and documenting assets that may be reused or repurposed after the event.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large‑scale sports or live events.
Proven ability to manage delivery schedules, storage compounds, and vendor/contractor coordination.
Strong expertise in logistics systems, inventory control, and vehicle flow management.
Confident decision‑maker with the ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
Background working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. (or country‑equivalent measurement), with or without reasonable accommodation.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, except where sitting is required by law or reasonable accommodation.
Conversational English proficiency required (additional languages a plus).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without assistance or sponsorship.
Ability to pass the accreditation process.
*This role will be paid as a weekly rate, based on 40 hours per week.*
