Position Overview: As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. - 1st week: Mon 8am-5pm, Tues 8am-5pm, Wed 11am-7pm, Thurs 8am-5pm;
- 2nd week: Tues 8am-5pm, Wed 11am-7pm, Thurs 8am-5pm

- Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
- Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress
- Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
- Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Cordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
- Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
- Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Registered Dental Assistant - Required
- Radiology certification
- CPR certification (Preferred but can be obtained upon hiring)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
