Base pay: $115,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Review and sign off on complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Lead client tax planning and advisory services
Supervise staff and senior accountants, providing mentorship and feedback
Oversee research on complex tax issues and develop resolutions
Maintain compliance with evolving tax regulations
Collaborate with firm leadership on client engagement strategies
Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA required (or EA with strong public experience)
Minimum 7–10 years of public accounting experience with tax focus
Strong technical and leadership background
Knowledge of UltraTax, QuickBooks, and GAAP standards
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
