Senior Manager – Portfolio Operations Lead
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Base Compensation: $116,810 – $216,100 per year. Eligible for company bonus, long‑term incentive, vehicle, and benefits.
About the Department The Finance & Operations department brings insights and intelligence to inform decision‑making and drives digitalization and business solutions to attain NNI goals. It works closely across the organization to guide enterprise‑wide resource allocations, investment choices, core operations and development of insights to drive growth and operational excellence across the value chain while building future capabilities.
Position Overview This role provides executive support for the delivery of alternative business models across Finance and Operations and manages ad‑hoc strategic projects for Alternative Model Execution Management (AMEM). The Senior Manager will drive projects and tasks related to executive support of alternative business models, and oversee execution of strategic projects to realize the organization’s strategic aspirations within AMEM and Finance & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in portfolio operations support for AMEM, including presentation development, task management, internal communication copy development
Manage projects and tasks related to alternative model execution
Coordinate efficient execution of ad‑hoc strategic projects, leveraging internal and external resources
Generate deliverables to educate and guide relevant internal functions on evolving trends and insights
Develop presentations for the VP of Finance and Supply Chain and other stakeholders (ET, BoD, ExecMan, GFLT, Brand teams)
Work with the Senior Director to translate enterprise strategy aspirations into scalable business systems and processes
Execute projects with F&S/C and F&O leadership teams to fulfill aspirations
Communicate strategic initiatives across the F&O organization and broader enterprise
Physical Requirements
Position is onsite in Plainsboro, NJ
0‑10% overnight travel required
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management, Project Management, or Finance). Preferred: Advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience at bachelor’s level, or 2 years with advanced degree.
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and project‑management skills; cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to influence functional areas and motivate without direct line management.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization for multiple time‑sensitive projects.
Proactive, high‑energy, solution‑oriented, independent work style.
Excellent communication skills, especially targeting senior management.
