Entry Phlebotomist I Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company to patients—whether they’re visiting as part of a routine check or for critical health decisions. This entry-level role focuses on providing a warm, compassionate, and professional patient experience from the moment they walk in. Answering questions and addressing concerns with care and empathy Assisting during breaks when Phlebotomists are unavailable Training in Phlebotomy to support the team and grow within the company High school diploma or equivalent High level of customer service experience (critical for this role) Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy during downtime or staff breaks Minimum 1–2 years of face-to-face customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, home health) Strong data entry and keyboarding skills Prior Phlebotomy experience is NOT required—this is an entry-level training role If a candidate is only interested in front desk duties and not willing to learn Phlebotomy, please do not apply Candidates must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full scheduled shifts
