All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA. You will provide analytic support across a variety of projects related to aircraft, air defenses, capabilities, and operations.
You will be part of an 8‑member team with diverse expertise across the spectrum of military and intelligence analysis. Responsibilities can include ELINT analysis, COMINT analysis, IMINT analysis, modeling and simulation, and the integration of information into comprehensive intelligence products. All‑source analysis is primarily focused on air systems and the sensors and weapons that can interact with those systems.
As part of a team your initial responsibilities will depend on existing proficiencies, with a substantial opportunity to expand your skills and expertise across the breadth of the team's responsibilities. This position will be located at a government facility in Northern, VA.
Responsibilities
Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains.
Collect, analyze, and exploit data from various sources to evaluate a country’s integrated air defense systems (IADS).
Author comprehensive threat assessments detailing the results of the above analysis.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph.
Knowledge of the IADS kill chain.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent professional experience may be substituted).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to a dynamic work environment responsive to world events.
Must understand the customer’s areas of interest and business processes, and develop analytic products and research lines in anticipation of future needs.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at the operational or technical level.
Understanding of radars, radar design philosophy, and applications for air‑space monitoring and weapon control.
Experience with analysis tools such as IMOM, ESAMS, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, AFSIM, FalconView, GALE, MIST, THRESHER, BVI, or equivalents.
Experience developing code for modeling, simulation, and analysis of military systems.
Knowledge of aircraft, air operations, and air defense systems.
Experience developing U.S. weapon systems.
Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing, and public speaking skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is desired or equivalent life experience.
Clearance Requirements
Top Secret/SCI with a current full‑scope polygraph.
U.S. citizenship is required.
