Role Overview The Global Product Content Lead plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high‑quality product content that supports integrated marketing strategies across global markets. This position partners closely with cross‑functional teams to develop, manage, and optimize product content that guides customers through the decision journey while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
This role is ideal for a strategic, detail‑oriented content leader who thrives in complex environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and excels at collaboration across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of the annual product content roadmap, aligning content delivery to broader marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with portfolio marketing, demand generation, regional activation teams, technical experts, UX partners, and other stakeholders to create content strategies that support customer engagement and conversion.
Own content development for new product introductions, coordinating with internal partners and external agencies to deliver launch‑ready materials.
Develop, review, and approve global product content across defined product groupings, ensuring consistency and scalability for global distribution.
Partner with internal teams to ensure product content is properly governed, categorized, and distributed across digital platforms and channel partners.
Monitor and influence product content performance metrics, using insights to continuously optimize quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
Maintain a strong, up‑to‑date content library aligned to portfolio priorities and regional needs.
Lead complex, cross‑functional projects while managing competing priorities and dependencies.
Create compelling product content for both internal and external audiences across multiple formats and channels.
Support integrated marketing campaigns by ensuring product content aligns with customer segments, solutions, and lifecycle stages.
Ensure all content adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong writing and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proven experience delivering results within large, matrixed, global organizations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proactive, ownership‑driven approach to work and problem solving
Experience in project management, account management, or similar cross‑functional roles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with content marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and global regions
