Location Sunnyvale, CA
The Role As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will own the outcomes that matter: pipeline creation, ARR/NRR growth, and customer adoption. You will translate technical product capabilities—especially in AI and cybersecurity—into compelling, differentiated value for our buyers and users. You will be a key driver of Securin’s GTM maturity, working cross‑functionally to ensure our messaging, enablement, and campaigns are best‑in‑class and relentlessly customer‑focused. This is not a “support” role. You are accountable for business results, not just deliverables. You will lead by example, develop talent, and help shape the culture of excellence and clarity that defines Securin.
Key Responsibilities Own Pipeline & Revenue Outcomes
Drive measurable impact on pipeline, ARR, and NRR through product launches, campaigns, and enablement.
Partner with sales and customer success to accelerate new customer acquisition, upsell, and cross‑sell.
Technical Depth
Develop a deep understanding of Securin’s AI and security products.
Translate technical features into differentiated value propositions for diverse buyer personas.
Customer Obsession
Engage directly with customers and prospects to surface needs, validate messaging, and inform product strategy.
Champion the voice of the customer across GTM and product teams.
GTM Maturity
Build and execute integrated go‑to‑market plans that align marketing, sales, and CS.
Enable field teams with clear, actionable messaging, content, and competitive positioning.
Leadership & Team Development
Set the bar for excellence and customer obsession—model Securin’s values, and ensure high‑quality, outcome‑driven deliverables.
Operational Discipline
Use data to measure impact, iterate quickly, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes and remove execution bottlenecks.
What Success Looks Like
Launches and campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline that convert to ARR and NRR targets.
Customer Impact
Securin’s messaging is validated by customers and adopted by field teams.
At least 3 new customer case studies/advocates secured per quarter.
GTM Maturity (again)
Field enablement materials are rated “best‑in‑class” by sales and CS.
Time‑to‑productivity for new reps reduced by 30% within 6 months.
Team & Culture
Champion radical candor, learning, and teamwork—raising the bar for clarity, actionable feedback, and shared success across GTM, product, and CS.
Act as a connector and culture carrier, driving unified execution and making Securin’s values of customer obsession, excellence, and presence visible in every project, meeting, and customer interaction.
Process & Data
All GTM metrics (pipeline, ARR, win/loss, campaign ROI) are tracked and actionable in HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates based in the Bay Area who can be present 2–3 times per week.
5+ years in product marketing or GTM roles in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI‑driven products.
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Strong technical acumen—able to engage with product, engineering, and customers on AI/security topics.
Relentless customer focus and curiosity.
Proven ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and GTM maturity.
Excellent communicator—clear, candid, and compelling.
Data‑driven, process‑oriented, and comfortable with rapid iteration.
