Overview The Business Analyst will manage contract lifecycles, negotiate and execute supply chain agreements, and support analytics for contract, purchasing, and supply chain teams. The role includes data collection, cost analysis, reporting, training, system maintenance, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Oversight of contract management software and the full lifecycle of all supply chain agreements.
Negotiation and execution of supply chain agreements.
Conduct in‑depth cost analyses to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve outcomes.
Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—IT, administrators, end users, and vendors—to ensure quality and safety standards.
Provide technical support to end users and address business system inquiries with a focus on pricing integrity.
Investigate and resolve system‑related issues, implement solutions, and raise escalations when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
6+ months of relevant IT/systems or related experience.
Experience with applications/programs such as C++, SQL, Microsoft tools, Tableau, Business Objects, dashboards, Peoplesoft, or comparable ERP/MMIS system.
Strong analytical, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
Mid‑to‑advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Pay Range USD $67,647.00 – USD $84,558.00 per year.
