Pickle Robot Company
About this role
Pickle Robot is looking for a Robotic Field Service Technician to join our fast‑growing field operations team as our primary emergency response and maintenance specialist. This is a highly mobile, reactive role where you will be dispatched to customer sites across the United States for urgent repairs and short‑notice maintenance on our robotic unload systems. When a critical issue arises, you will be the first responder, getting our robots back up and running to minimize customer downtime. This 75% travel position requires immediate availability for emergency dispatch to customer sites nationwide. Your contributions will directly impact customer uptime and the reliability of Pickle’s revolutionary material‑handling robots. You will be known to our customers as their rapid‑response technical expert and to our operations team as the go‑to person who keeps the fleet running. If you are hands‑on, travel‑ready, and thrive under pressure in dynamic field environments, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
