- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Support planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
