What we are looking for:

We are seeking an

Associate Engagement Lead - Market Research

to lead and deliver high-impact market research engagements for our life sciences clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong client communication. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in

building and expanding our rapidly growing Market Research practice , contributing to

business development and capability-building initiatives

beyond project delivery.

What you will do

Design and execute

qualitative and quantitative market research

projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Conduct

primary and secondary research , including interviews, surveys, and desk research.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Moderate interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.

Collaborate with hybrid teams across the US and India to ensure seamless project delivery.

Support

business development efforts

and contribute to

internal capability-building

for the Market Research practice.

Leverage

GenAI tools

for research and insight generation (experience is a plus).

Must Have

3–5 years

of experience delivering market research projects in life sciences.

Strong grasp of

quantitative data analysis

and ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources.

Experience in

unstructured problem solving

and understanding business situations.

Excellent

client communication

and

workshop facilitation

skills.

Familiarity with

interview moderation

techniques (preferred).

Exposure to

GenAI applications

in research (preferred).

Motivated to contribute to

practice growth , not just billable work.
