We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with Big 4 consulting experience to support and enhance a complex on-prem Oracle ERP environment. This contract role will focus on hands‑on technical development, system support, and optimization of Oracle EBS, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings Oracle EBS technical expertise, experience operating in structured consulting environments, and the ability to quickly assess issues, design scalable solutions, and execute with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical support for Oracle E‑Business Suite (on‑prem), including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root‑cause analysis

Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions, including extensions, interfaces, reports, and workflows

Support production environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity

Partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions

Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities from a systems and data perspective

Manage and deploy technical fixes, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and infrastructure teams

Support and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and upstream/downstream systems

Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and issue resolution related to financial and operational data

Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge‑transfer materials

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) technical experience in an on‑prem environment

Big 4 consulting experience required

Strong expertise in PL/SQL development and Oracle EBS technical architecture

Proven experience supporting live production ERP environments

Strong understanding of Oracle Financials data model and core ERP business processes

Experience working in structured, audit‑aware environments with strong documentation standardsAbility to operate independently in a contract role and manage multiple workstreams

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
