What You'll Do
Lead Product Strategy for Conversion: Define and execute the strategy for provider onboarding, activation, and the Notification Center. Focus on how we communicate with providers and guide them to success Master the "Why": Map assumptions and use Opportunity Solution Trees to prioritize problems based on data and user value Drive Experimentation & Validation: champion a hypothesis-driven approach with small, testable chunks (A/B tests, prototypes, user interviews) to de-risk development Revamp Communication Architecture: Overhaul the Notification Center, addressing user consent, message categorization, and information hierarchy to ensure providers don’t miss a booking or important insights Data-Driven Decision Making: Build reports and monitor KPIs; demonstrate high data literacy and the ability to analyze metric health without constant analyst support Empower the Product Trio: Collaborate with a Senior Engineering Manager and Product Designers to use design for discovery and problem solving Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central point for communication strategy, aligning needs from Customer Success, Marketing, and other Product teams into a cohesive user experience Requirements
Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in the payments domain Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements, and break them down into actionable steps guiding the team Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level) A strategic mindset focused on delivering exceptional user experiences Proactive in taking ownership of the product domain and able to work autonomously Full professional proficiency in English; able to lead planning sessions, discuss technical requirements, and collaborate on strategy in English Benefits
