Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and serve as talent leaders driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to bring their best selves every day and grow into future leaders of our store’s organization.
