Description We are looking for a skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain team calendars, ensuring schedules are well-coordinated and updated regularly.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including bookings for flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Accurately input payroll data and ensure timely submission of records.
- Organize and maintain documentation, prepare reports, and assist in creating presentations as needed.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and handle orders to meet the demands of ongoing projects.
- Provide support in answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics to facilitate team operations.
- Perform general office duties and contribute to special projects as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the team to address evolving administrative needs and priorities. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, particularly in payroll tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with construction-related terminology or software is a plus.
