What to Expect
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Engineering and Analytics team. As a full‑stack Machine Learning Engineer, you will work on a wide range of models, including parametric, text, and image‑based models that power key business functions. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying classification, regression, optimization, and recommendation algorithms, as well as search and image‑NLP algorithms.
What You’ll Do
Develop and deploy machine learning models to production, serving millions of users
Collaborate with product, business, and end‑users to ensure successful model implementation
Own production models end‑to‑end, from writing ETLs for features to serving models using our in‑house ML platform
Contribute to the development and automation of our ML platform with high ownership
Work on a wide range of models, including classification, regression, optimization, and recommendation algorithms
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience shipping and maintaining real‑time models in production to a large audience
Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using Pandas, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit, and K8s
Experience with Airflow and FastAPI, Kubeflow, and implementing DAGs
Strong statistical understanding and fundamentals in classical machine learning and linear algebra
Experience with ETLing, feature engineering, data modeling, and data structures
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, or Data Science, or equivalent experience

Expected Compensation $144,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
