Clinical Coordinator DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ESRD patient care and services (trend lab values, track metrics on vital signs, weight, outcome management, etc.). Ensure the highest level of care, safety, comfort, and well‑being.

Operate dialysis machines and support patient observations with PCTs.

Support training at the assigned clinic or a training clinic; potential to float to various clinics during and after training.

Maintain a flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities, leveraging broad nursing skills.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team: staff RNs and other clinicians.

Qualifications

Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

At least 18 months of registered nursing experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience.

Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN‑licensed FA/GFA.

Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg preferred.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred; three‑year diploma accepted.

Current CPR certification.

Completed training approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.

Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Supervisory experience preferred; willingness to supervise.

Compensation Wage range $53.00 – $69.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications.
