Base pay range $48.00/yr - $52.00/yr

Job Summary The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all programs offered at The Little Gym of Flower Mound location. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate classes and activities while maintaining alignment with The Little Gym brand standards. The Program Director manages program staff, supports enrollment growth, and ensures a positive customer experience for all members and families. The Flower Mound location is a corporate flagship store; the Program Director works closely with the Corporate Training team on curriculum development and franchise training.

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions Program Operations

Manage daily operations of all programs including Parent/Child, Pre-K Gymnastics, Grade School Gymnastics, and special programs such as camps, parties, and events.

Ensure all classes are delivered according to The Little Gym curriculum, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Oversee program schedules, rosters, and staffing levels to maximize enrollment and retention.

Monitor program performance and implement improvements to increase participation and satisfaction.

Oversee curriculum and equipment testing and provide feedback to the Corporate Team.

Partner with the Corporate Training Team to train new franchisees.

Staff Leadership

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise instructors.

Conduct regular evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate ongoing professional development.

Lead staff meetings and maintain a collaborative, supportive work environment.

Customer Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding program offerings, enrollment, and feedback.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

Build strong member relationships to drive retention and referral growth.

Business Development

Partner with the Gym Director to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.

Support marketing, social media, and outreach initiatives to promote programs within the community.

Track and analyze enrollment trends and provide recommendations for program adjustments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation, Child Development, Business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management, child development, education, or recreation.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
