As part of Eurest’s leadership team, you will help 16,000 chefs and in‑unit associates deliver world‑class meals in corporate cafés, executive dining rooms, on‑site catering, vending innovations, and more.
Job Summary The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Vice President and is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of a Company account. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, strong team leadership, client relations, superior food quality, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
Manage overall day‑to‑day operations.
Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top‑quality food.
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
Five years of foodservice operation experience.
High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
Previous experience managing a budget.
Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
