Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
14 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 12 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience building, developing, or leading a team.
Experience with revenue recognition and ASC 606 guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a technical accounting or similar role at the SEC or FASB.
Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross‑functional and international teams.
Ability to sponsor and oversee the management of a portfolio of projects and programs.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with minimal guidance and in a team environment.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $198,000–$279,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities
Conduct technical research on accounting issues and provide accounting consultation advice to business partners under US GAAP.
Lead the implementation of the new U.S. GAAP accounting standards, including working with various cross‑functional stakeholders.
Draft and maintain global accounting policies and memos.
Keep business partners informed of developments in accounting and financial reporting through issuance of publications, facilitation of training sessions and meeting forums, and drafting of comment letters to standard setters.
