Senior Project Manager

Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will lead education‑focused projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating environments that inspire learning and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage K‑12 and Higher Education projects from start to finish.
Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to deliver outstanding work.
Prepare proposals and lead client presentations.
Contribute to design development, production, and construction administration.
Occasional travel for project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in project management.
California architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
Expertise in educational projects requiring DSA compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Revit and design visualization tools (SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
Passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions.
Compensation Anticipated salary range: $120,000 – $155,000, based on experience.
