Fund Accounting Supervisor, Private Equity My Client a top Private Equity firm in the greater Chicago area is looking to bring on a Fund Accounting Supervisor to help lead and expand their team. This group operates on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers a high growth environment, and standout benefits.

Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Review and approve reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations

Perform capital calls and distributions

Ensure financial reports are completed on time and accurately

Help train and guide team members

Work with auditors, custodians, and other teams as needed

Help improve accounting systems and processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of experience in Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Asset Management, or Public Accounting

1–2 years of leadership experience

Strong attention to detail and organization

Good communication and problem‑solving skills
