We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Database Developer / BI Engineer
with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL/PL‑SQL development, and modern reporting/ETL tools. This role supports complex data initiatives within a
financial services environment , particularly around advisory products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, works independently, and collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize
MS SQL Server
databases, schemas, and data models.
Create, refine, and maintain
stored procedures , functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries (T‑SQL, PL/SQL).
Develop and deliver scalable reports and dashboards using
Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)
and
Power BI .
Build, automate, and maintain ETL pipelines using
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) .
Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot workflows using
Broadcom AutoSys .
Manage secure file transfers and data exchanges using
IBM Connect:Direct (NDM) .
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
Work closely within financial services teams, especially around
advisory products and investment data .
