SPA is seeking a Acquisition Support Level IIA in San Diego.
Responsibilities The Acquisition Support IIA position is concerned with Acquisition Management and provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. Acquisition Management provides detail oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks. Acquisition Management should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills. They will often work with or lead teams.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in performing the following tasks:
Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives
Manage records, conduct business research analysis, and develop valuation strategies
Perform various administrative tasks as required
Apply computer, finance, and analytical skills to acquisition processes
Work with or lead teams to deliver acquisition management solutions
Support DoD acquisition organizations across ACAT I/II, ACAT III/IV, AAPs, and Projects
Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition policies and procedures
CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $107K - $117K.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree
DAWIA Level I-II in program management or similar
Three (3) or more years of support experience
Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.).
One (1) year of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Possess Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Desired
DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP)
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ACAT II or III Experience
