We have an immediate opening for a talented Software Developer II (Full Stack) to join our team. As a full stack developer, you’ll deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment—building software that makes a real impact. If you’re excited to go beyond coding to shape systems, influence architecture, and continuously learn, we want you on our team.
You’ll collaborate across disciplines to design, develop, and deploy production‑ready software and systems. You’ll help clients overcome complex challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll ensure solutions align with the current operating environment while anticipating future functionality and enhancements.
Responsibilities
Build responsive, accessible, high‑performing web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React + TypeScript) to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms and devices.
Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front‑end and back‑end components using C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
Leverage Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, secure deployments, and continuous improvement (branch strategies, automated testing, security scanning).
Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, recommending design and architectural improvements (caching, query optimization, async processing, component refactors).
Support development and deployment in AWS and other cloud environments, using cloud‑native services to achieve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retros), contribute to solution design discussions, and adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team delivery.
Experience Requirements
3+ years designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications.
Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python, .NET, React, or another modern front‑end framework.
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
Experience working on an Agile Scrum team.
Ability to deliver complete end‑to‑end solutions across front‑end and back‑end.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with TypeScript, React Hooks, State management (Context, Redux, or Zustand), and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra).
Backend experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, ORMs, and designing RESTful/GraphQL services.
Cloud experience (AWS preferred): EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudWatch, IAM.
DevSecOps and CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins; SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, OWASP tools).
Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; Infrastructure as Code: Terraform/CloudFormation.
Testing practices: Unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing (Jest/React Testing Library, xUnit/NUnit/MSTest, Postman/Newman).
Accessibility knowledge (e.g., WCAG 2.x compliance) and performance optimization best practices (Lighthouse metrics, Core Web Vitals).
Observability/monitoring: OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog.
Experience with message queues/eventing (SNS/SQS, Kafka) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP Top 10, least privilege, secrets management) in federal environments.
Tools: Jira/Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, pgAdmin, SQL Server Management Studio.
Core Tech Stack (Representative)
Front‑end: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, accessibility tooling
Back‑end: C#, .NET (Core), REST/GraphQL APIs
Data: PostgreSQL, SQL Server; exposure to NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB)
Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP familiarity
DevOps/CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Security: DevSecOps, SAST/DAST, OWASP practices
Testing: Jest/RTL, xUnit/NUnit, integration/E2E frameworks

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination per client requirements.
