The Entry Level Assistant Manager will learn the telecom sales business from the ground up, starting with the fundamentals of our AT&T campaigns. You will start by mastering the sales process before transitioning into leadership duties. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities & Growth Path:

• Lead by example in the field by directly acquiring new residential customers and setting the pace for sales production.

• Master AT&T’s wireless and fiber solutions, using that knowledge to close deals and demonstrate value-based selling to the team.

• Drive consistent revenue growth by hitting personal sales quotas and showing trainees how to overcome objections in the field.

• Conduct high-energy sales meetings and workshops that motivate the team and sharpen their negotiation skills.

• Mentor entry-level associates, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback to help them reach their potential.

• Analyze performance metrics to identify territory trends and implement strategies that boost team efficiency. xrczosw
