JOB DESCRIPTION The Oracle Integration Technical Lead owns the design, delivery, and quality of enterprise integrations, ensuring Oracle systems and external applications work seamlessly together.

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Integration Technical Lead

to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade integrations across Oracle applications and third-party systems. This role is responsible for owning the integration architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that support critical business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on Oracle integration expertise with leadership skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle technologies.

Define integration standards, patterns, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Development & Delivery

Provide technical leadership for integration development, including hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting when needed.

Oversee integrations between Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and on‑premise or third‑party systems.

Review designs, code, mappings, and integration flows to ensure quality and performance.

Support API design, REST/SOAP services, file‑based integrations, and event‑driven integrations.

Act as the technical lead for integration developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and design direction.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and provide clear, solution‑oriented recommendations.

Quality, Performance & Support

Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.

Define and monitor error handling, logging, alerting, and monitoring strategies.

Support testing activities (unit, system, UAT) and production deployments.

Assist with troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause analysis.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain clear technical documentation including integration designs, mappings, interface specifications, and deployment procedures.

Enforce integration governance, version control, and change management practices.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development and architecture.

3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong experience integrating Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX).

Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services, APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and file‑based integrations.

Experience with security concepts such as OAuth, certificates, and encryption.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence design decisions.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in complex, multi‑system environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Service Bus, or Oracle Streaming Service.

Knowledge of middleware, event‑driven architecture, and integration patterns.

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
