  • Promote AT&T Fiber high‑speed internet and enterprise solutions through sales campaigns, branded initiatives, and digital engagement strategies.

  • Support customer enrollment by explaining AT&T Fiber service features, verifying eligibility, and coordinating seamless account setup.

  • Coordinate activations and upgrades by preparing documentation, updating databases, and ensuring smooth account setup across AT&T Fiber systems.
