This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tacoma, WA. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring sales staff to achieve targeted performance goals.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and foster strong relationships.
Proven experience in Sales to meet and exceed territory revenue targets.
Strong Training skills to mentor and develop sales team members.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in facility services or relevant industries is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
