Boeing Senior Commercial Account Manager – GE Aerospace Support the Boeing and GE/CFM sales teams for all priority strategic campaigns. Own the relationship between Boeing and GE/CFM sales teams to overcome operational challenges, move key campaigns forward, and meet deliverables. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve desired outcomes. Work collaboratively and support GE/CFM and Boeing on new product development activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provides commercial expertise and insights to Boeing on product line and business plan regarding strategy on sales campaign activity.

Interprets internal and external business challenges and makes recommendations to both Boeing and GE/CFM when needed on commercial offerings.

Evaluates quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses internal and external resources to arrive at recommended business decisions.

Collaborates with all commercial teams across Boeing and GE/CFM to increase probability of win on priority campaigns.

Develops customer engagement strategy for GE/CFM with Boeing in coordination with Product Marketing, Sales, and Boeing.

Understands and improves “value sell” and effectively communicates and educates Boeing.

Drives initiatives to improve effectiveness and coordination with Boeing and GE/CFM.

Provides GE/CFM sales teams with key data and metrics to understand Boeing sales KPIs.

Works with CFM/GE and Boeing strategy and product development teams in support of new product development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer‑facing roles, contract negotiations, product management, or services.

Desired Characteristics

Commercial acumen: deal‑factory experience with strong understanding of commercial value levers and customer’s perspective.

Technical knowledge: solid understanding of technical aspects related to the products and services offered.

FLIGHT DECK: demonstrated application of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and continuous improvement.

Communication skills: ability to communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Project management: proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Problem‑solving: strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Customer relationship management: skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Negotiation skills: ability to negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Time management: efficient management of time and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Team collaboration: working effectively within a team and collaborating with various departments to achieve common goals.

Note: this role requires an in‑person working arrangement from the Boeing facility in Seattle, Washington. Candidates should expect up to 25% travel annually.

Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $145,500 - $195,000. Annual discretionary bonus may be awarded based on performance. The position is also eligible for a commission‐based component. This posting is expected to close on 1/15/2026.
