federal e‑filing skills
and experience supporting complex cases. This is not an entry‑level or purely administrative position.

Job Description
Support attorneys with all phases of complex litigation and case management.
Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, schedule meetings, and coordinate depositions and hearings.
Draft, format, proofread, and cite‑check legal documents including briefs, pleadings, discovery, and exhibits using Bluebook or similar citation standards.
Conduct factual investigations and basic legal research using tools like Westlaw.
Prepare deposition and trial materials, including witness binders and exhibit sets.
Assist with discovery, including managing litigation databases, document collections, productions, and review projects.
Handle filing and service of legal documents in federal and state courts, including electronic filings and filings under seal.
Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and hard copy, and help ensure smooth workflow across case teams.
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal supporting multiple attorneys and cases.
Demonstrated experience with
federal and state e‑filing
(PACER/ECF).
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and time‑keeping software.
Familiarity with litigation document management and database tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and strong proofreading ability.
Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work overtime (evenings and weekends) when needed for filings or trial schedules.
Professional attitude, reliability, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
